My new favorite baby accessory is my Bundle Your Baby car seat cover. It's awesome! I put my daughter in it when we go anywhere- to the grocery store, doctors' appointments, car rides, and church. The cover stays in place so I don't have to fuss with it. I lift up the flap and I can keep an eye on my baby and she can see me. She sleeps comfortably and stays happy because it keeps her warm and snug. I first thought my cover would be something I would just use in the winter months, but it's perfect for cool air conditioned places during the summer. I love it too, because it helps keep a lot of germs away from my daughter (especially when we're at the doctor's office or in a place where there are a lot of other little ones).  I received the car seat cover and WOW!  It fit right over the seat; the canopy was not even an issue. Plus, the baby was so warm and snuggly. There was no hassling with blankets or coats. The cover doesn't shift or move while the baby kicks.  Unlike the blankets that would constantly fly around or fall off of the car seat, the Bundle Your Baby cover stays put keeping my infant nice and warm.
